Managing Committee: 2011-2012

The new Managing Committee announces World Goa Day 2011:

Goa in the Monsoons! What a euphoric picture that conjures up! The green swaying paddy fields drenched in water, the long, wet, winding roads, the gushing, overflowing canals and streams, the lashing incessant rain, the locals both children and adults in their monsoon gear and the fragrance emitted when the rain crashes on the dry earth. It’s such an unbelievable experience, it makes us rainstarved, traffic‐jammed, pollution-crazed Goan Bangaloreans nostalgic!

Your New Managing Committee brings you the first function for the year… WORLD GOA DAY at OPUS Palace Cross Road on Sunday 21st Aug 2011 commencing at 11am.

The theme colours are Blue and Green ……the soothing blue of the sea ( we didnt want an angry grey!) and the vibrant green of the picturesque goan countryside.

Dont miss this Show for the World! Be there dressed in the Theme Colours.
